Chef’s Menu Collection

A curated archive of stories told through food

I’ve never written menus just to feed people. I write them to express something I can’t always say with words.

Each one holds a part of me—where I was emotionally, creatively, and spiritually at the time. Some menus came from longing. Others from joy. Some were born from cultural collision, from taking risks, from honoring two worlds at once. Every single one has a purpose behind it, even if it’s not always obvious.

This collection isn’t about trends or technicality. It’s about identity. About instinct. About intuition.

About the journey I’ve taken and the people I’ve cooked for—because every place I’ve worked has left a mark, and every dish I’ve created has been shaped by memory, emotion, and curiosity.

Through Sabor Amor, I continue developing menus that reflect that same spirit—small-batch ideas, handcrafted with intention, guided by feeling more than formulas.

Each menu in this collection marks a moment in my journey. Not just as a chef—but as a person finding his way through culture, feeling, and creation.
