This holiday menu was inspired by the way different countries around the world celebrate the season. From turkey in a bun, reimagining the comfort of a North American classic, to panettone turned into arancini, blending Italian tradition with playful technique—each dish is a tribute to festive flavors, seen through my own lens.

I didn’t want to replicate traditions—I wanted to honor them, reinterpret them, and add something personal. This menu is about warmth, nostalgia, and a little surprise in every bite. It’s food meant for gathering, for laughing, for remembering.
